Bower may replace or vary any product prices from time to time prior to the placement of any order for products made by you. Bower will issue a tax invoice for each taxable sale of products made to you. All orders are subject to Payment Method approval and billing address verification. This includes orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number, or other information. After processing, please contact Bower if you have any questions regarding your order. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years, and you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or over before your order will be accepted. Bower reserves the right to require satisfactory proof of age prior to accepting an order.

Shipping and Delivery:

We offer shipping within Australia. Delivery times and fees may vary depending on the destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout and added to the total order value. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, but we are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party shipping providers.
Once the products are delivered to the designated address, they become the responsibility of the recipient.

Product Storage:

Given that our product is raw, unpasteurised kombucha, it must be refrigerated at all times to maintain its quality and freshness. We store, deliver, and transport our product under cold conditions to ensure optimal freshness upon delivery. Please do not consume the product after the expiry date indicated on the packaging or if it has not been kept refrigerated at all times. All of our products are fit for purpose and intended to be consumed before the expiry date. Bower accepts no liability for any harm caused to consumers who do not adhere to our storage and expiry terms and conditions.

Returns and Refunds:

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery, and we will gladly assist you. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind or taste preference.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Liability:

Order Cancellations:

If notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Bower reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
